Annual Tourism Plan


The Department of Tourism and Culture has a division for Marketing Communications and CRM.  This division is responsible for the annual marketing campaign and analyzes season performance, campaign indicators, market trends and opportunities to develop an annual campaign.

Each year, as part of the annual planning process, this division works with TAC to present their findings, their overall marketing direction and finally the campaign itself before it is presented to industry at the annual TIAPEI tourism conference in March.
